Up 745am: Partly cloudy, breezy with temps to 60. Rain predicted for Thursday and Friday.

Watched 'HYPNOTIC' (Netflix- just dropped today). This caught my eye because I read a review that started, "Ending of 'HYPNOTIC' explained", however, this was strictly, by-the-numbers 'B-Movie' stuff and no explanation was necessary. A young woman goes to a sleazy therapist who is looking for someone who can 'become' his dead wife. He uses hypnosis to implant happy memories that he and his dead wife shared into the mind of his patient/victim. Corny nonsense about the 'dangers of hypnosis' with a slight twist at the end. 

Started 'APOCALYPSE NOW' (Netflix). During the height of the Vietnam war a captain is sent into the boonies to 'terminate with extreme prejudice' a general who has gone rogue; with Martin Sheen, Marlon Brando, Robert Duvall, Frederic Forrest, Laurence Fishburne, Sam Bottoms, Harrison Ford, Dennis Hopper, Scott Glenn, and Bill Graham as the agent who introduces the Playboy Playmates. Won 2 Oscars, 21 wins & 33 nominations total.  Shut it  down at 1hr 20" and still have almost two hours left. 

2pm: PC is 'Off' and preparing for a long walk followed by a visit to County Market/Fairhills. 
 230pm: Parkview, Wash.Pk. southside, Vine,  South Grand alley, 2nd north to Capitol, Governor, Fairway, and up to 940. ONE HOUR AND 50 MINS...Mp3...THEM, THE STONES- 'Goats Head Soup'.
 
440pm: Returned toilet seat ($12) at Family Dollar and just over $100 at County Market. 

625pm: In the tub with VIDAL and listening to THE CANNED HEAT, J.GEILS BAND, and I ordered a small pipe that has a lid that seals the bowl.  I wanted a one hitter, but I couldn't find a pipe that had a threaded cap on the end. Twelve bucks and free shipping. 

Watched more of 'APOCALYPSE NOW' (Netflix). Shut it down at 2hrs 18" 
Then watched most of an episode of 'INSIDE JOB' (Netflix).

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Not bad, but close, however excellent and creative charcoal drawings as the 'hints' to Eckhart's character. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
