830am. 1145am  (a pinch). 815pm. 

NO WORKOUT TODAY.

Up 645am: Partly cloudy, breezy with temps only to 40.

Watched '7 PRISONERS' (Netflix). Young farm workers in rural Brazil are offered jobs in the city of Sao Paulo, their families are giving generous stipends, but the boys end up as indentured servants in a white slavery operation. Well-acted and grim.
1130am: The PC is 'Off'.

1145am: The plan is to stop at County Market/Fairhills for pastries (and canned cat food) before my visit to 3226 Red Oak Lane. Just bought 4 brownies for $6.00.

1230pm-530pm: Their condo is significantly bigger than I remembered and quite a bit bigger than my house.  I wouldn't trade because I could never share a wall with a neighbor and they're just too far out of town. Talked without pause- a nice visit! 

6pm: In the tub with PUZO and listening to EARLY STONES.

Watched Netflix disc 'EVERY BREATH YOU TAKE'.  Corny nonsense about a shrink who has a young female patient commit sucide while under his care and her brother seeks revenge on the shrink, his wife, and teenage daughter. A '32 Metascore' that was probably right on the money; with Casey Affleck and Michelle Monaghan. Filmed in Pitt Meadows, British Columbia, Canada.

***About 950pm the power went completely off and then off again in about five minutes. I managed to get the disc out of the PC and went upstairs to check on the Modem-WiFi situation. It was down and I 'unplugged/plugged', but had to turn on the PC to get everything to sync, and then it was back online.  Then downstairs I had to boot twice and it offered me the choice to drop my settings and go with Edge browser and Bing as the search engine. No fucking way! I folded the laundry while waiting for the machines to come back to life and by 1010pm everything was back to normal and I finished watching the disc.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
