 Su 11/7/21- Fall Time Change

855am. 1145am. 905pm. 

Up 740am: Mostly sunny with temps to upper 60's.

Wrote up 'BRIGHT ANGEL TIME' by Martha McPhee for the blog.

Watched 'YARA' (Netflix). A young teenager disappears coming home from dance class. Months later her body is found and DNA of the killer/rapist is recovered, but the Italians don't have a database for comparison. This is probably one of the first times that police had been allowed to collect random DNA from the local population for use in a criminal investigation. A couple of years later authorities find a blood relative that was genetically linked to the murderer and this leads to the arrest of the perpetrator.  He was sentenced to life and still maintains his innocence.  Set in the Province of Bergamo, Italy which is located about 52 miles northeast of Milan- Not too far from the Swiss border.  

I was going to watch the next episode of 'MAID' (Netflix), but decided to get in an early walk. Yesterday's walk went counter-clockwise and began at 1155am...Washington Park northside, Walnut, Lincoln, Outer Park, Wiggins, Washington Park southside, up the hill, Fairway, and up to 940... TWO HOURS...Mp3...LED ZEPPELIN. Many Zep albums are under the 'Led Zeppelin Folder' and duplicates need to be deleted.

On the couch and began 'THE CRY OF THE HALIDON' by ROBERT LUDLUM.

440PM: The Weekly Cleaning 

525pm: TWO MILES AT 3.6 PACE AND 0.50 SLANT and watched ARI SHAFFIR on J.R.E.

615pm: In the tub with LUDLUM and listening to KEITH RICHARDS BLUES,  DAVID BOWIE Live Japan. 

***Checked weights and benches at Dicks and Walmart and will order soon. 

Watched the last hour of 'MURDER BY NUMBERS' (Hoopla)...."I enjoy making arguments for undefensible positions". In reference to "Freedom is Crime because it involves action by the self without validation from a group".  A wacky over-the-top ending with a literal cliffhanger in the final act. Filmed in San Luis Obispo and Morro Bay, California.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. We 4/23/25- Gummy

We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}. We exchanged books & Joe recommended an 'oiler' that fits under the belt of a treadmill. Melissa is now '2nd in command' at the Illinois Parole Board...
