I wrote up 'THE BLUE AFTERNOON'  by William Boyd for the blog. 

Watched Netflix disc 'TRAIN TO BUSAN PRESENTS: PENINSULA'.  This time the entire peninsula of Korea has been quarantined to control the zombie infestation.  A gang comes back to capture a truck filled with American dollars. It's got some crazy car chases, but it's more like watching a well designed video game. This film went to Cannes- hard to believe. 

Wrote 'The Wrap.

1255pm: Downtown to mail back the disc. Out Governor and back Edwards; walked the northside of the golf course each way...ONE HOUR AND 45 MINS...Mp3...ROLAND KIRK; ELVIS COSTELLO Bonus Cuts; 'Modern Guilt '- BECK.

445: 2 MILES AT 3.6 PACE AND 0.50  and began JEWEL on J.R.E. 

545pm: In the tub with 'COTTON COMES TO HARLEM' and listening to JIMMY REED; B.B. KING. 

Watched 'THE HOLLYWOOD COMPLEX' (Amazon Prime). An inside look at the Hollywood industry that tries to make kids into movie stars. The Oakwood, the apartment complex that caters to the wannabe actors and their parents can run five to six thousand dollars a month... "Los Angeles is the only city where you can die of encouragement".

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Not bad, but close, however excellent and creative charcoal drawings as the 'hints' to Eckhart's character. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
