825am. 140pm. 810pm.
Up 640am: Bright and sunny with temps to upper 30's.
Watched 'INSIDE MOVES' (Amazon Prime). The film is openly emotional and embraces 70's Film Realism. The setting is a dive-bar in Oakland, California with a bunch of quirky characters and a beer barrel of melodrama. Apparently the film was designed as a push for 'fair and equal treatment' for the handicapped. A very early example of the 'Woke' movement? "One thing you can't hide is when you're crippled inside"- John Lennon (was not featured in the film). Golden State Warriors are featured in the film and the team is still around today (as any person who follows sports would know, and I had no idea).

Began 'THE GIRL FROM OSLO' (Netflix) A melodramatic tale of kidnapping. A college aged girl from Norway goes to Israel to meet her biological father and is taken hostage by ISIS. Mom and dad to the rescue, and I'll binge on this one when I visit Planet Fitness later this afternoon.
1250pm: PC is 'Off' and will begin the Weekly Cleaning and then off to Planet Fitness.
2pm: To Planet Fitness. 45" Cross. 45" TREADMILL. 30" BIKE. 30" TREADMILL. 30" CROSS. Watched 2 episodes of 'THE GIRL FROM OSLO' (NETFLIX), and MARK NORMAND on WHISKEY GINGER , more of JOHN DENNEHY on SKEPTIC TANK, and another episode of 'THE GIRL FROM OSLO' (NETFLIX).
520PM: Ace hardware, but it was closed?!? I got $30 of gas across the street.
6pm: In the tub with 'ILLEGAL' and listening to FREDDY HUBBARD.
Watched 'TWELVE' (Amazon Prime- This got a '22' on Metascore at IMDB...ROLLING STONE-"Sorry, no XOXO for this slick, hollow hooey"...VARIETY-"Can't decide if it's a cautionary tale or a lifestyle catalog"). This was not a good movie, but merely a ripoff (homage?) to 'BRIGHT LIGHTS, BIG CITY' by Jay McInerney or maybe 'LESS THAN ZERO' by Bret Easton Ellis . Another tale of rich kids on the upper east side of Manhattan who demand their recreational drugs, their personal freedoms, and their parents' money. Mayhem ensues. The title refers to a new and exotic drug that's irrelevant to the story and the movie is based on a novel by Nick McDonell. The book might be better and couldn't be any worse; with Emma Roberts, Rory Culkin, 50 Cent, Ellen Barkin, and Kiefer Sutherland as the narrator (voice).
