Up 650am: Partly sunny and breezy with temps to mid 40's. No wind damage last night.

Watched 'CLEMENTINA' (Hoopla).  It has the feel of a horror film, but it's really a suspense/thriller. A woman is badly beaten by her abusive husband. She loses the baby, but won't file charges. He comes back. They make up. They fight and the woman gets the upper hand and begins to torture him. A cop shows up at the house, overcomes the woman and frees the husband from further grisly maltreatment. Then, the husband kills the cop, and the woman gets the cop's gun and shoots the husband several times in the chest. The End. It was only about average and I was expecting more. Filmed in Argentina. 

The plan is to be on the machines at Planet Fitness by 1pm and then to County Market/Fairhills after the workout.

Began 'FOOL'S GOLD' (Netflix).  A silly romantic comedy involving sunken treasure that's only saved (slightly) by the beautiful Caribbean location; with Matthew McConaughey, Kate Hudson, Donald Sutherland, Ewen Bremner (TRAINSPOTTING), Ray Winstone, and Kevin Hart.   

12pm: PC is 'Off' and will try to leave a little early. 

1230pm: To Planet Fitness. 45" Cross.  45" Treadmill. 30" Bike.  30" Treadmill.  30" Cross and watched the last episode of 'CATCHING KILLERS ' (NETFLIX), and finished THEO VON on JOEY DIAZ,  and ROY WOOD JR. on WHISKEY  GINGER,  finished 'FOOL'S GOLD ' (NETFLIX), and more of BLAIRE WHITE on J.R.E.

520pm: In the tub with 'THE BLUE AFTERNOON ' and listening to FUNK CLASSICS; LONNIE MACK- 'Attack of The Killer V'. 

Began Netflix disc 'STILLWATER'. 
Begin at 1hr 29mins. 

Paid card and changed password to Heartland account.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Not bad, but close, however excellent and creative charcoal drawings as the 'hints' to Eckhart's character. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
