Up 7am: Anbesol is now back in the bathroom cabinet. Misty, overcast and rain ends this afternoon with temps in the low 40's. 

Watched 'ROCKNROLLA' (Hoopla). The big reveal is that London's biggest crime lord is actually a snitch for Her Majesty's Government. While attempting a corrupt real estate deal with Russian investors his empire begins to disintegrate after the mob boss's son steals the  'lucky painting'. Stellar cast and had almost a playful tone, although several scenes of extreme violence; with Gerard Butler, Tom Wilkinson, Idris Elba, Thandiwe Newton, Mark Strong, Jeremy Piven, Ludacris, Toby Kebbell, and Tom Hardy...A Guy Ritchie film: 'Sex, Thugs And Rock'n'Roll'. There was supposed to be a sequel,  but it hasn't happened...yet. 

1215pm: PC is "Off" and soon will begin 'HOT MONEY- Don't Get Burned' (Amazon Prime) on the treadmill. 

1225pm: FIVE MILES AT 3.6 PACE AND 0.50 SLANT and I began 'HOT MONEY ' (AMAZON PRIME) and more of TONY HINCHCLIFFE & ARI SHAFFIR on J.R.E. 

Reading' MAKES ME WANNA HOLLER' and listening to Marsalis jazz.

540pm: TWO MILES AT 3.6 PACE AND 0.50 SLANT and watched more of HINCHCLIFFE/SHAFFIR on J.R.E. 

 540pm: In the tub with MCCALL and listening to DERRICK GARDNER; CURTIS MAYFIELD. 

Began 'LUCE' (Kanopy). A dark psychological thriller set in suburbia. A couple's almost 'too perfect' black adopted son has a dark secret side. He knows he isn't  a 'bad' stereotype, but he feels that there is too much pressure on him to be a 'good' stereotype. He frames one of his teachers and ruins her career, yet she seemed to have only his best interests at heart. The film ends with him running down the street, getting madder and madder; with Naomi Watts, Octavia Spencer, Kelvin Harrison Jr., Tim Roth, and Nobert Leo Butz (BLOODLINE).

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Not bad, but close, however excellent and creative charcoal drawings as the 'hints' to Eckhart's character. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
