Up 630am: Bright, sunny, and breezy with temps in the high 20's, but the wind chills are still too cold to walk outside.

Watched 'CONSPIRACY THEORY' (Hoopla). A New York cab driver is hooked on conspiracy theories because he is the product of the ultra-secret MK-Ultra Project by the CIA. LSD was their preferred drug of choice. The film was part action/thriller and part soapy love story/dramedy so this explains the very mediocre reviews; with Mel Gibson, Julia Roberts, and Patrick Stewart.   

I noticed that the new season of 'OZARK' drops next week so I watched the last episode of the previous season. I didn't remember how the show ended and I might watch (or read about) more before I start the new episodes. 

Wrote 'The Weekly Wrap'. 

115pm: PC is 'Off' and preparing for the treadmill. 

 130pm: FIVE MILES AT 3.6 PACE AND 0.50 SLANT began DR. ROBERT MALONE on J.R.E, more of JOEY DIAZ with BERT KREISCHER. 

2 hits...whoo! Really stoned. Began bio of Robert Crumb. 

435pm: TWO MILES AT 3.7 PACE AND 0.50 SLANT and watched more of DR. ROBERT MALONE on J.R.E. 

***Janny's email: I asked when we could reschedule Xmas because I didn't think that we should confuse the Easter Bunny. Apparently everyone in Jamie's family has gotten COVID, but Janny and Joe are still not infected. I think this is the way to go. You don't have to worry about any side-effects if you don't get the virus.  

6pm: In the tub with CRUMB and listening to THE JAZZ  CRUSADERS.

Watched 'FINAL SCORE' (Amazon Prime- this selection leaves Prime in a couple of days).  A man and his niece become involved in a hostage situation at a West Ham United football match at Boleyn Ground, Upton Park, East London. A Russian terrorist is looking for his brother that defected to the west and the whole stadium is wired to blow if his brother is not found. An interesting motorcycle chase inside the stadium, but all of this has been done many times before; with Dave Bautista, Pierce Brosnan, and some other people. I'm surprised that it got a '53 Metascore'. I would have rated it much lower.
