835am. 1255pm. 510pm (1- hit). 735pm. 

Up 7am: Sunny with temps to low 20's.

***Buddy threw up about a half hour after his breakfast. However, he seems relatively unaffected and he ate again at 10am and seems fine. (He didn't throw up any 'foam' during Wednesday night and he was fine on Thursday morning)

Watched more of 'NEWTON'S CRADLE' (Netflix). An Egyptian couple wants to have their baby on US soil so that their child will have American citizenship. She has an advanced degree in agriculture and he runs a small apiary (bee keeping) business. Hana is to travel to the US on her government job, have the baby in America, and her husband will follow later. Mayhem ensues; lots of moving parts but I really liked the series.  A realistic look at how the Muslim faith impacts everyday life and how Egyptian men and women live with very rigid sexual roles. I watched almost the last four hours in one sitting.

***I just noticed that there are 30 episodes in this series! Bring your lunch. 

1230pm: PC is 'Off' and getting ready for an afternoon at Planet Fitness. 

110pm: To Planet Fitness. 45" Cross.  45" Treadmill. 30"Bike.  30"Treadmill.  30" Cross and watched more of 'OZARKS'  and JIM GAFFIGAN on J.R.E. 

515pm: In the tub with 'RABBIT IS RICH' and listening to THE WHO; 'Goodbye Cream'- CREAM.

Watched the first two episodes of 'ARCHIVE 81' (Netflix). A haunted apartment building in downtown NYC and a film restoration guy from 'The Museum of Moving Images' is employed to restore some damaged videotapes that contain clues to the evil secrets of the building. This one is really binge worthy!

Then began 'HEAVENLY BITES: MEXICO- More Than Just Chips' (Netflix).  Vendors split open a small bag of Doritos and then add onions, peppers, sauces, and spices.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Not bad, but close, however excellent and creative charcoal drawings as the 'hints' to Eckhart's character.  Th 10/2/25 8am (1-LB: Diablo's Hearse). 10am (1-B: Citrus Mac). 1220pm (2-LB: Citrus Mac). 535pm (1-LB: Citrus Mac). 810pm (1-LB: Diablo's Hearse).  Up 715am: {took a dump at 4am}. Still unseasonably warm with a mix of sun & clouds. Watched 'MAGPIE' (Kanopy- borrowed 2 days ago).  It's basically a tale of 'Adultery & Revenge' although this isn't made clear until the last few minutes of the film. A wealthy couple live in a modern villa in the English countryside. He's a successful author, she is a housewife (she used to be in publishing) and their young daughter is co-starring in a big budget film that's being shot  near their home. Dad falls 'in lust' for the female star of the film, but his wife is several moves ahead. "69" Metascore and I would boost that to "80". Borrowed 'HOLY COW' and 'TO THE ENDS OF THE EARTH' from Hoopla to meet my quota for September. Watched 'HOLY COW' (Hoopla). A troubled teen and his young sister try to make a go of it on their farmstead dairy after their father dies. It's got a strange tone and far from an average 'coming of age' tale. Set in far eastern France near the rural villages of Pimorin and Orgelet which are about 75 miles west of Geneva, Switzerland.
