So glad I found this technique. I've been having problems with this function for a long time. It wasn't the mouse at all!
Spent entirely too long trying to sync albums to the mp3 player- No consistent plan, just keep banging away until it works; 'Mighty Like A Rose', 'Blue Blvd', 'Karma', 'Drunk With Passion'.
Watched 'I'M NO LONGER HERE' (Netflix). An excellent Mexican film about a seventeen year old boy from Mexico who bonds with a gang of kids who love the music and style of the Kolombia counterculture movement. However, he runs afoul of the local gang cartel and flees to Jackson Heights, NY, but he cannot gain a foothold. For him, there's nowhere out and nowhere in. Shot largely with non-actors in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. 18 wins & 20 nominations.
***935am: When I took the phone off of the charger, it seemed to go dead. Finally it went into an extreme reboot, but now it works fine. Jesus, 'if/when' the phone dies it would mean a 'code red' emergency trip to the Xfinity store. I couldn't even schedule an appointment because I wouldn't have a phone. No Bluetooth speakers, no treadmill....
Wrote the Chat Wrap
1235pm: Parkview, Wash.Pk, Wiggins, Outer Park, Lincoln, South Grand, northside of Wash.Pk, road up the hill, Parkview, Kenyon, and down to 940...ONE HOUR AND 45 MINUTES...Mp3...'Drunk With Passion'- THE GOLDEN PALOMINOS, 'Karma'- PHAROH SANDERS, 'Mighty Like A Rose'- ELVIS COSTELLO.
On the couch with 'Crazy Fingers' and listening to JEFF BECK.
445pm: TWO MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND 0.50 SLANT and more of DAVE SMITH on J.R.E.
Weight set; added 5lbs. yesterday.
***Buddy threw up, but I noticed a giant hairball in the vomit. He was hungry and wolfing food within 20 mins.
6pm: In the tub with 'Crazy Fingers' and listening to DEREK &THE DOMINOS 'Live'.
Two discs arrived from Netflix, but I decided to do the first one tomorrow morning. I will try to open to Kanopy on the Edge web browser to see if this makes any difference. This is what they suggested to me, yet it made no difference whatsoever.
Watched 'QT-8: The First Eight' (Kanopy). A retrospective on the work of film director, Quentin Tarantino that's an amalgam of engaging interviews, film footage, and insightful discussions. All of his films are worth another look, regardless of how many times you have seen them. I didn't realize that Tarantino worked closely with Harvey Weinstein for over two decades. It makes you wonder if Tarantino would have made it as big had it not been for Weinstein's input as the producer of nearly all of his films.
