Read the email from Janny and Joe on their vacation to Panama City. They are in a hotel on the beach and it's 70 degrees in the afternoons.

Up 635am: Cloudy, raw, and occasional flurries with temps to the upper 20's. One to four inches of snow are still on tap for tomorrow.

Watched Netflix disc 'WHERE'S MY ROY COHN?'. Roy Cohn was friends with Barbra Walters and claimed that they were engaged. Cohn's relationship with Donald Trump is closely examined and there's no denying that Cohn's style is obviously part of Trump's methodology. 'Where's My Roy Cohn' is a direct quote from Donald Trump.  When politically attacked during the Mueller investigation, Trump could not accept the fact that the Attorney General of the United States is a public servant and owes allegiance to the American people and not to the sitting president of the US.

I watched the 'Q & A' with the director and he made it clear that this documentary was his attempt to inform Americans as to the real history of Donald Trump. Also, the director, Matt Tyrnauer reveals that Cardinal Spellman was a homosexual and spent most of his 'off duty' time at the townhouse of his longshoreman boyfriend. Wikipedia agrees that Spellman was gay.

Then I began episode #1 of 'HALSTON' (Netflix).  I watched about fifteen minutes and went on to 'FISHBOWL WIVES' (Netflix). Then began 'YOUNG WALLANDER'(Netflix). Just looking for something to binge watch this afternoon at Planet Fitness and it looks like this police thriller based on an idea from Henning Mankell's novels. The series is not based on any of the novels and doesn't feature any of the familiar supporting cast. None of these made the cut except 'HALSTON' later in the workout.

1220pm: The PC is 'Off' and preparing for a visit to Planet Fitness. 

1pm  On the road to Planet Fitness. 45" Cross. 45" Treadmill. 30" Bike. 30" Treadmill. 30" Cross and watched 'CATCHING KILLERS'- B.T.K Killer, more COLEMAN HUGHEs on J.R.E., and more of 'HALSTON' (NETFLIX).

5pm: In the tub with 'LONDON' (more English history, the late 1500's- Will Shakespeare's era) and listening to PETER GREEN/ Fleetwood Mac.

Watched 'STILL THE WATER' (Amazon Prime- this has been in my queue for ages).  The 'black sheep brother' returns home and stirs up a lot of psychological turmoil between his other brothers, their ladies, his father, and the ghost of his mother. There's also small-time hockey, lobster fishing, a fairly decent acoustic soundtrack, and some desolate and wind-swept vistas on Prince Edward Island. This movie is probably a big hit at film festivals (if they have them) around New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island. Filmed in Malpeque, Canada

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
