 Fr 5/20/22

735am (2). 1020am (1). 1225pm (1). 705pm (1).

Up 530am: Partly sunny and very windy with rain beginning early this evening and continuing through Saturday. Temps in the upper 80's today but tomorrow's high only to the upper 60's.

I noticed that 'THE MADNESS OF KING GEORGE' is now on Kanopy so this is today's Morning Movie. Big Mistake!!! I got a Netflix disc yesterday that needs to be viewed so I'll hit 'George The 3rd' later today or tomorrow.

Watched the Netflix disc 'SPIRAL'. Part of the 'SAW' franchise where every year for seven years a new 'SAW' was released. The marketing department is what really popularized the films and posters, promotional materials, and trailers were specifically designed to be 'too much' and were often banned. This film is part 'police procedural' and not as gruesome as the rest of the franchise; with Chris Rock, Samuel L. Jackson, and Max Minghella.  "40 Metascore"...VARIETY- "So depending on whether you’re a fan or not, eat up…or throw up."

915am: Reasonable bowel movement but I prefer the more complete evacuation achieved by my old laxative.

I cleaned the 'Happy Birthday' coffee mug with baking soda. All the brown coffee scum is history and I'm very surprised that I actually own a box of Arm & Hammer baking soda.

I watched the first one hour of 'THE MADNESS OF KING GEORGE' (Kanopy). The screen only froze once but the picture quality was very bad. I'll finish the rest tonight downstairs...or tomorrow.

1145am: PC is 'Off' and will read for a bit and then hit Planet Fitness for the workout.  The plan is to stop at Supplement Superstore for another month of pills.

1235pm:  To Planet Fitness. 45"Cross. 45"Treadmill.  30"Bike.  30"Treadmill.  30" Cross and binged on 'BOSCH: Legacy' (Amazon Prime).

To SUPPLEMENT SUPERSTORE and I got powder instead of capsules, same price for 30 days; $59.80.

450pm: In the tub with BALDACCI and listening to BILL WYMAN : 'Monkey Grip'- not a good record but noticed 'JAMMING WITH EDWARD'- a very good record.

Watched 'SHOOTING HEROIN' (Peacock-TV). A small rural town grapples with their community's 'The Drug Problem'.  A few of the citizens decide to combat drug trafficking 'by any means necessary' which (so predictably) only makes things worse. No one over seven years old could possibly believe this nonsense. Shot in very rural central Pennsylvania; with Sherilyn Fenn, Cathy Moriarty, and Nicholas Turturro.

945pm: After eating I took one of the old (blue) laxatives- Sennosides. Everything that I've eaten in the last ten days doesn't cause constipation so I hope there isn't a repeat of May 7th.
