Up 6am; Sunny and windy with temps to about 80.

Last night I thought I would visit Walmart this morning to get 7 bags of cedar chips, flowers for the planter, a grass 'whip', a few pocket tee shirts, and drop off some clothes/cowboy boots at GoodWill. And hit Green on Wabash for a car wash.

830pm: The guy that mows the lawn across the street arrived and mowed the grass at the lot down the street (next to the vacant house next door), but never mowed the lawn across the street. I wonder why he didn't mow across the street.  Every Monday at 8am he hits that lawn and this has been going on for years. Does it involve Supply Chain Issues? 

I read 'ZERO DAY' and left for the store around 9am.

915am car wash

930am:  jeans, boots, sweater to GoodWill 

945am:  Walmart no tees, no grass whip; bought 7 bags of red mulch and flowers for the planter. 

Stopped at Ace on Wabash for the grass whip. I asked a black guy about the product and gave him a lengthy description. Then I noticed he wasn't wearing an Ace name tag. He didn't work there but I had another woman believing that he worked at Ace and she was waiting to ask him a question also. 

1030am-1115am: Spread the mulch. Looks good.

1235pm: Wash.Pk: Fairway, Greenview, Parkview, Down the hill, Walnut, Leland, Wiggins, up the street, Parkview, and down to 940...ONE HOUR AND 30 MINUTES...Mp3; STONES 'Goats Head' 'Now'.

Just after the 210pm toke a guy from Aetna called to schedule a home visit. I didn't want to decide..too high to weigh the pros & cons and told him to call back. After reading 'ZERO DAY' till about 330pm I planted the flowers.

355pm: TWO MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND 1.50 SLANT and watched more of JOEY'S JOINT.

 455pm: In the tub with 'ZERO DAY' and listening to CHRIS ROBINSON & THE NEW EARTH MUD; ART BLAKEY 'Moanin'.

Wrote a 'busy day' email to Janny.

Then I watched 'AMERICAN TRAITOR: The Trial of Axis Sally' (Amazon Prime). A very lame and uninspiring film of the 'life and times' of Mildred Gillars- AKA Axis Sally; with Al Pacino, La La Kent (VANDERPUMP RULES) and some other actors. She's raped by Dr. Goebbels when she uses the word 'unbeatable' instead of 'invincible'. I thought the defense lawyer delivered a very convincing argument during his closing. From IndieWire: "Pacino has made a lot of movies that feel like glorified tax shelters, but this is the first that appears to have actually been shot in one."...'25 Metascore' "What is reality, and what we have to accept, is not always the truth, and that's the truth."

***When I did the weights I added five pounds. Now I am lifting 30 pounds.

Still unseasonably warm with a mix of sun & clouds. Watched 'MAGPIE' (Kanopy- borrowed 2 days ago).  It's basically a tale of 'Adultery & Revenge' although this isn't made clear until the last few minutes of the film. A wealthy couple live in a modern villa in the English countryside. He's a successful author, she is a housewife (she used to be in publishing) and their young daughter is co-starring in a big budget film that's being shot  near their home. Dad falls 'in lust' for the female star of the film, but his wife is several moves ahead. "69" Metascore and I would boost that to "80".
