Watched 'THE TAKEDOWN' (Netflix). A French 'Cop/Buddy' film with some interesting special effects and beautiful locations in Northern France. Half of a body is found and they deduce that the man was riding a motorcycle, fell off a bridge and then was 'sliced' in half by the electrical wires that powered the train that went by as he fell; with Omar Sy and Laurent Lafitte. Filmed in Rhône-Alpes, France and Paris.

***Still constipated and dumped a couple of marbles. 935am: I took one of the new laxatives. The dosage is 1-3 so this should be just what I need and the results should be within 6-12 hrs. 

The plan is to see if this works and go back on my normal dose of laxatives that I've been taking for years. However, I might call Dr. Ellison's office and find out if this is actually harmful. 

1050am: PC is 'Off' and will hit the treadmill.  

1105am: FIVE MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND 1.5 SLANT and began the first episode of ' BOSCH: Legacy' (Amazon Prime; with ads on Freevee). 

A somewhat reasonable bowel movement after the workout. I will take one more of the new laxatives tonight with the Tamsulosin and see what it's like tomorrow morning. 

I called Agnes Fenner's office and confirmed my August appointment. Apparently my January, 2023 visit wasn't necessary.

320pm: Wash.Pk - Parkview, Wash.Pk northside, Walnut, southside, up the hill, Parkview, Fairway, and up to 940...ONE HOUR AND 15 MINUTES...Mp3...NIRVANA, MOBY, LED ZEPPELIN. 

450pm: In the tub with BALDACCI and listening to THE NEW BARBARIANS.

Watched the Netflix disc 'JOE DIRT'. A rock'n'roll janitor recalls his quest to locate his biological  parents. Two decades ago while his family was visiting the Grand Canyon they drove off and left him there.  I guess they assumed that he just 'went away'; with David Spade, Brittany Daniel, Dennis Miller, Christopher Walken, Kid Rock, and Fred Ward. New Times (LA)- "Sandler and Spade continue their avid quest to dumb down America."

It's only 830pm but I'll make it an early night.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
