***Just before 10am the internet shut down momentarily and I was within five minutes to the end of 'BULL'. I turned the router power switch 'off/ on' and the internet reappeared but I had to enter the 'security number' which is the password; "Oh, ya don't' and '...is the loneliest number'.
Up 630am: Slept late but it felt good. Thanks, Buddy. Partly sunny with temps to about 80.
I booted up the PC as soon as I got up so that I could borrow 'BULL' on Hoopla before the library exceeded their limit.
Watched 'BULL' (Hoopla). Kent, Dartford
A brutal and innovative Gangster/Revenge film shot in Dartford, Ken, UK- 20 miles southeast of Central London. Bull seeks revenge on his wife's criminal family and all he wanted was to take care of his son. Very violent and low key. The final reveal that he actually was a spirit from Hell was completely over the top. I really liked this film!
From 'EMPIRE'- "... new life into a familiar one-man-army scenario. Unrelenting, no-nonsense and hard-as-nails — just like its eponymous anti-hero."
Watched the final episode of 'THE PERFECT MOTHER' (Netflix).
12pm: Wash.Pk. Parkview, Wash.Pk, southside, Wiggins, Outer Park, Lincoln, Leland Walnut, Wash.Pk northside, up the hill, Parkview, Fairway, and up to 940...ONE HOUR AND 50 MINUTES. . FREE; HUMBLE PIE
Reading JACK CARR
4pm: TWO MILES AT 4.I PACE AND 1.50 SLANT and began CHRIS DISTEFANO on J.R.E.
450pm: In the tub with JACK CARR and listening to FREE.
Watched 'BREAKING NEWS IN YUBA COUNTY' (Amazon Prime). A bevy of second tier comedic actors in a quirky script yet only boasts a few funny bits. Although I enjoyed it more than I thought I would because it only got a '24 Metascore'; with Allison Janney, Mila Kunis, Regina Hall, Wanda Sykes, Ellen Barkin, Matthew Modine, and Juliette Lewis.
From The Hollywood Reporter:
"... fumbles through its unwieldy mix of crime-caper farce, social commentary and black comedy, the genre it most solidly nails is the one that poses the burning question "Why did so many accomplished actors sign on to this?"
