Watched Netflix disc 'A MOST VIOLENT YEAR'.        ..."Don't you get scared?"..."I've always been more afraid of failure than anything else."    'The contagious aspect of violence'- Cities are using mental health programs and counselors to treat the contagious nature of brutality. 

1010am: Quick walk to Walgreens to mail back the disc; 20 minutes/ 'Houdini' - THE MELVINS.

350pm:  TWO MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND 1.50 SLANT and finished watching 'ANCHORMAN 2' (Amazon Prime).

440pm: In the tub with ISAACS and listening to MOBY GRAPE; and a MOBY GRAPE anthology.

Began 'HOUSE OF GUCCI' (Amazon Prime).      Adam Driver heads up a star-studded cast. I would have watched this one sooner had I realized what it was and who was in it.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Not bad, but close, however excellent and creative charcoal drawings as the 'hints' to Eckhart's character. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
