Up 515am: Rain ended about 6am and then cloudy with temps only to upper 70's. It's still very humid, but the lack of sizzle is a welcome relief.
I began the German series 'HOW TO SELL DRUGS ONLINE (FAST)' (Netflix). Based on the true story of a couple of German teens who got rich selling Ecstasy and MDMA on the internet. It's a visually compelling production and the show is based on the drug dealing career of Maximilian Schmidt, the real German Ecstasy kingpin. The series ran for 3 seasons and there might be another. A tidbit of wisdom by one of the characters on the show:

***10am: I called Tom's Plumbing and gave the card info for the $380.20 bill.
1030am: PC is 'Off' and preparing for a walk on the treadmill. The plan is to do the five miles and then hit Family Dollar for a bunch of stuff. Maybe go downtown for another jar of Durban Zkittlez.
1055am: THREE MILES AT 3.8 PACE (forgot to turn it up) and TWO MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT and watched more of 'D.B. COOPER' (Netflix) and more of a J.R.E.
Weights/ 15 reps
Reading 'SAMARITAN' by Richard Price
225pm: Family Dollar; bowl, runner, cutting board but no dish rack & then a car wash. Back by 315pm.
345pm: TWO MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT and began a TUESDAYS WITH STORIES'.
435pm: In the tub with 'SAMARITAN' and listening to LED ZEPPELIN- 'Houses Of The Holy'.
Watched 'SEVEN STAGES TO ACHIEVE ETERNAL BLISS' (Amazon Prime). A wacky satire about a couple from the Midwest who move to an apartment in Los Angeles. They soon learn that members of a cult need their bathroom to commit suicide to reunite with their departed leader. More odd than funny, and it pretty much missed the mark; with Taika Waititi, Rhea Seehorn (BETTER CALL SAUL), Kate Micucci, Matt Jones, Sam Huntington, Dan Harmon, and Brian Posehn.
8pm: Going to shut down a little early and read for a bit
Rhythm Durban Zkittlez at Ascend: $55
