Up 540am: A rainy and cloudy day with temps to upper 60's.

Watched 'THE CHASE' (Netflix). A Korean film that blends comedy, mystery, and a serial killer that operated in the area thirty years previously. The guy was murdering old people for practice so that he could become proficient enough to kill young women. The perp is the local doctor and the film's only saving grace is that it's a kind of travelogue through the slums of Seoul, South Korea.

 Then I finished the last episode of the three part Netflix series, 'CONVERSATIONS WITH A KILLER: The Jeffrey Dahmer Tapes'. Concerning the two cops that found the naked boy and brought him back to Dahmer's apartment: At first I sympathized with the cops point of view, it's just a lovers quarrel, until I learned that they didn't run Dahmer's name through the system. Had they checked his ID they would have learned that he was on bail for the assault of another Asian boy. That's a procedural whopper!

1130am: PC is 'Off' and preparing for a walk on the treadmill. I might have to take it easy today because of the left knee pain from Sunday. Yesterday at Esporta I was only on the treadmill for fifteen minutes.  

***1145am: 45" at 3.6 pace & 30" at 3.6 pace/ all at zero slant and finished watching TUESDAYS WITH STORIES and more of SHAFFIR/  SEGURA/  and KREISCHER on J.R.E. Minimum discomfort.

335pm: 30" Treadmill at 3.6 pace & zero slant.

***Before I got in the tub I decided to take about five inches off of the locks. Now it's just over the shoulders and easy to dry and manage. I checked the log and the last time I had 'SUPERCUTS' do the deed, but the time before that, I manned the shears. Saved $15 plus tip and it looks just fine.  

440pm: In the tub with 'JULIAN' and listening to CHARLES MINGUS TRIO; THE FACES: "Nod Is As Good..."/ "Ooh LaLa".

Upstairs for a bit...ELVIS COSTELLO Playlist & 'JULIAN'.

I checked for Windows Updates because tonight is the night, and at 750pm I am still 'up to date'.
Began RICK GLASSMAN on WHISKEY GINGER.

Then more of 'THE KILLING' (Amazon Prime). The dead girl's father has been seething and beats up the middle eastern high school teacher just before the teacher was exonerated.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
