Up 6am: A rainy day with temps to low 60's.

Watched 'THE DOMESTICS' (Hoopla).  After the US government launches a bio-attack on America, a couple from Minneapolis drive to Milwaukee. They must deal with violent gangs that control the highways and byways. A cut above the usual 'Post Apocalypse' genre films and the final battle takes place in a subdivision very similar to The Oaks; with Kate Boswell and Lance Reddick (THE WIRE, JOHN WICK). Filmed in St. Bernard Parish, Louisiana at Ranch Studios..."Safety doesn't exist anymore. You have to fight for it". 

Watched the rest of 'BLONDE' (Netflix). A real hatchet job on the life of Marilyn Monroe. It's almost too painful to watch the harrowing tale of someone so emotionally fragile. She spent her whole life looking for the 'Daddy' that never existed. Some of this was probably true to Marilyn's actual life, but most was conjecture at best. It's still very much worth a look ; with Ana Armas (BLADE RUNNER, KNOCK KNOCK), Bobby Cannavale, Adrien Brody.

1150am: PC is 'Off' and preparing for a walk on the treadmill. 

1205pm:  FIVE MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT and began MAYNARD JAMES KEENAN on J.R.E; began DAVE SMITH on SKEPTIC TANK.

450pm:  In the tub with '10,000 SAINTS' and listening to JOHN MAYALL Playlist; The Later ROLLING STONES Playlist.

Watched the first episode of 'VATICAN GIRL- The Disappearance of Emauela Orlandi' (Netflix). In the summer of 1983 a fifteen year old girl disappeared from The State of Vatican City and at first it was linked to international terrorism, but years later there seemed to be Vatican involvement. I shut it down with 30 minutes left in episode #2 and will finish this tomorrow morning (or maybe Wednesday night).

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
