Su 12/25/22- Xmas on Glenwood begins at  4pm.

730am (B). 1010am (2-B).440pm (2-B). 750pm (2-B). 

Up 510am: Buddy was vomiting (clear liquid) outside of the bedroom door and woke me up a little early, but he seemed to be fine when he ate around 530am.  By 730am he had wolfed down two plates of Friskies.

Partly sunny, breezy with temps to the upper teens. 

Began 'HOT SKULL' (Netflix). A Turkish series about a pandemic that is spread by conversation and causes those infected to 'jabber'. One man seems immune to the plague and he is the focus of a massive manhunt by those in power. Dubbed in English and very slow to unfold but this one is a definite 'binger'.   Shut it down 46 minutes into episode #2.

950am: PC is 'Off' and the plan is to hit the treadmill early and get in all seven miles before I have to leave for Glenwood later this afternoon. 

1015am:   FIVE MILES AT 3.9 PACE AND ZERO SLANT (No ankle problems) and watched more of 'NISMAN: The Prosecutor...' (Netflix); began SKEPTIC TANK-Xmas/ Hanukkah Edition.

Reading 'THE DA VINCI CODE'.

225pm: TWO MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT (Ankle is officially healed!) and finished SKEPTIC TANK- Xmas/ Hanukkah Edition. 

340pm: To Glenwood. I stopped at the post office box at Fairhills to mail back the disc (SUMMER OF SOUL) and then headed to Glenwood. When I arrived I didn't see Joe's truck and the street looked deserted and I really thought maybe I had gotten the time or date mixed up. When I walked in everyone was there except for Jamie's family and they arrived within ten minutes. 

Jamie's family were all wearing red plaid pajamas and I just happened to be wearing a red plaid shirt and it looked like we had planned to dress alike. 

A nice time for one and all. I got the best gift- A coffee mug with Buddy's picture! And, Janny gave me a box of books. Home by 715pm.  

Watched more of 'NISMAN: The Prosecutor, The President, And The Spy' (Netflix). What a complex case! The forensics of the 'murder or suicide' in the bathroom can be scientifically interpreted two entirely different ways. The 'cartoon' recreation of both possible events presents far more doubt than certainty.  Shut it down 42 minutes into episode #5.

940pm: It was an 'upstairs' night and shutting down a little later than usual. Can't wait to hit Esporta or Planet Fitness tomorrow.

We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
