Watched 'VENGEANCE' (Amazon Prime).  This was a pleasant surprise! A jaded NYC podcaster learns that a woman he hooked up with has died of an overdose and the family convinces him to fly to very rural Texas and find out if there was something more to her death. At first it's 'Intelligent East Coast Pundit' visits the quaint and confusing world of 'The Fly Overs', but then the film addresses some of the actual reasons for America's polarization. A low budget, very funny dramedy that successfully confronts some the big issues of our present social and political reality; B.J. Novak, Boyd Holbrook, Lio Tipton, Isabella Amara, Dove Cameron, and Ashton Kutcher. . "How do you take your coffee"...."In the mouth".

1130am: PC is 'Off' and will walk to Washington Park and then over to Brewer for Buddy's gel-pens.

Pk. southside, Park, Washington, Whitefield, behind McD's, behind Monroe Gardens;  BREWER- 2 gel-pens; Old Jacks; Oakmont,  Parkview,  Kenyon, and down to 940...TWO HOURS...Audiobook 'RUNNING THE LIGHT' during the entire walk. I should own this book and it is awesome to hear it read.

More 'ROUGH DIAMONDS' (Netflix). Shut it down 28 minutes into episode #7. The 'white knight' (and his mother in law) have a plan to rob the diamond mining outfit that is next door to his company. I hope that at the end of the series (this season ends at episode #8) that there is some kind of plot resolution- don't leave us hanging!

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
