Watched 'AMERICAN HUSTLE' (Netflix).  Con men, crooks, and do gooders, all with a thick streak of larceny, collude to 'help' the citizens of Atlantic City, New Jersey. For a gangster film there is a surprising lack of violence because it's more about the elaborate deception of the swindle. I had forgotten how good this film was; with Christian Bale, Amy Adams, Bradley Cooper, Jennifer Lawrence, Jeremy Renner, Louis C.K., Michael Pena, Shea Whigham, and a very small part for Robert De Niro. Nominated for 10 Oscars; 70 wins & 227 nominations. 

The plan is to do the Five Miles on the treadmill, weights, then read before visiting the endodontist at 140pm. 

1015am: PC is 'Off' and preparing for the treadmill & weights. 

1045am:  FIVE MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; watched the entire road trip of BIG JAY OAKERSON on SKEPTIC TANK.

Reading 'MEXICO SET'

Dr. Martens: As I was parking I noticed Dax pull into his parking lot. He was driving a very big black pickup and we waved and I said I'd be seeing him next week.

The root canal went very quickly and it was very professional. Not any pay (after the shots) and just mild discomfort as a dug away. I said that it was my most favorite root canal.

130pm-230pm: $1,898.00 minus the $500 that I put on the Visa. They will call when they hear back from the insurance whether I get a rebate or a bill. I wonder how much they will cover? I'm going to try to bill the remainder to Your Saving Account. 

340pm:  TWO MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; began a TUESDAYS WITH STORIES. 

440pm:   In the tub with 'MEXICO SET' and listening to THE RED DEVILS; BLACK CROWES- 'By Your Side'; PAGE & BLACK CROWES- 'Live At The Greek'.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
