Up 605am: Cloudy with temps to upper 70's and a chance for scattered thunderstorms beginning late this afternoon and continuing through Sunday.

***The young couple across the street apparently left for the last time yesterday. The 'Sold' sign is gone and the new tenants arrived today. And now a red pickup truck has been replaced by a gray truck in the drive...Out with the old, in with the new. 

Watched 'GUEST HOUSE' (Netflix). A young California couple buys a house but cannot evict an unsuitable 'stoner/ tenant/ squatter' from their guest house. According to the 'Netflix Thumb Up' I had already seen this film but I have absolutely no recollection. More strange than funny with a ridiculous premise and Pauly Shore was a couple of decades too old for the part; with Pauly Shore, Mike Castle, Aimee Teegarden, Billy Zane, Bobby Lee, and Steve-O. 

Watched 'ONE MORE TIME' (Netflix). A variation on the 1993 film 'GROUNDHOG DAY' except it's set in Sweden and to be fair, one of the characters in the film does reference the Bill Murray classic.  It was a Swedish production & set in the city of Skaberga, Norway.Fun Fact: 'GROUNDHOG DAY' was shot in Woodstock, Illinois.  I shut it down with 32 minutes left to go and no hurry to see the end, but I probably will. 

1125am: PC is 'Off' and the plan is to do the weights and then hit the treadmill. It's a little too humid for a walk.

Began Netflix disc 'THE FABLEMANS'. A young boy loves the movies and when his father gives him a movie camera he learns to create some exceptional home movies. In some random footage he discovers that his mother is having an affair with a friend of the family. Based on the director's life? Shut it down at 1hr 6 mins with 1 hr 24 minutes left to go; with Michelle Williams, Gabriel LaBelle, Paul Dano, Judd Hirsch, and Seth Rogen.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Not bad, but close, however excellent and creative charcoal drawings as the 'hints' to Eckhart's character. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
