Up 525am: Sunny to partly cloudy with temps to mid 90's. Only a quarter inch of rain is predicted for tonight.

By late afternoon it was changed to up to two inches of rain tonight. Radar forecast looks grim around 930pm & again at 1am.

Watched 'OUT OF SIGHT' (Peacock-TV).  A sultry female federal agent falls hard for a suave bank robber and clever dialogue makes this one well worth a look; with George Clooney, Jennifer Lopez, Ving Rhames, Steve Zahn, Luis Guzman, Catherine Keener, Don Cheadle, Dennis Farina, Albert Brooks, and Michael Keaton. Directed by Steven Soderbergh from a novel by Elmore Leonard. "85" Metascore. 

10am: I checked Amazon and got a three pronged (base) garden hose holder for $22. I checked Lowe's website and their prices were way too high. The one I got was comparable to a Lowe's model for half the price.

The plan was to get in an early walk and then hit Lowe's & Best Buy  (hose stand, phone cord) but I decided to buy the stand online and wait on the phone cord. I've got till the end of the month to use the five dollar Best Buy rebate email.  

1005am: PC is 'Off' and the revised plan is to hit Washington Park before it heats up.

1105am: To Esporta...45" Precor.  45"Treadmill.  30"Cross.  30" Recumbent Bike.  30"Cross;  watched the first episode of 'BLACK MIRROR' (Netflix)-  'Joan Is Awful'; the next episode of 'CATCHING KILLERS'- The New York Zodiac Killer; more of SAM MORRIL on RICK GLASSMAN.

More of 'SLEEPING DOG' (Netflix). 'Sleeping Dog' is a German remake of a 2016 Israeli series called 'The Exchange Principle'. I shut it down 4 minutes into episode #3.

Still unseasonably warm with a mix of sun & clouds. Watched 'MAGPIE' (Kanopy- borrowed 2 days ago).  It's basically a tale of 'Adultery & Revenge' although this isn't made clear until the last few minutes of the film. A wealthy couple live in a modern villa in the English countryside. He's a successful author, she is a housewife (she used to be in publishing) and their young daughter is co-starring in a big budget film that's being shot  near their home. Dad falls 'in lust' for the female star of the film, but his wife is several moves ahead. "69" Metascore and I would boost that to "80". Borrowed 'HOLY COW' and 'TO THE ENDS OF THE EARTH' from Hoopla to meet my quota for September. Watched 'HOLY COW' (Hoopla). A troubled teen and his young sister try to make a go of it on their farmstead dairy after their father dies. It's got a strange tone and far from an average 'coming of age' tale. Set in far eastern France near the rural villages of Pimorin and Orgelet which are about 75 miles west of Geneva, Switzerland.
