11am (2-B). 450pm (2-B). 715pm (2-B).

Up 6am: Sunny early with the threat of severe storms around 3pm with temps to about 90. 

I seemed to be connected to 'ken' on my phone so I assumed that I'd have internet on the PC, but no dice. I went ahead and transcribed my notes onto a file and while I was working the internet came on at 745am. I worked on the notes and got them done about 930am. 

At 10am I checked the downstairs PC and it's up and running but I noticed that it required an update. I ran it and things are back to normal. And then I had to do an update on the upstairs PC. And, as usual, no discernable difference for any of these 'changes'. 

I called Brewer and the clerk will tell Dr. Kirk that Buddy is doing fine. 

1045am: Decided to get in a workout at Esporta before the severe weather begins. I'm so sick of this.  

1115am: To Esporta...45" Precor 
 45"Treadmill.  30"Cross.  30" Recumbent Bike.  30" Precor;  watched the first episode of 'MISSING' (Netflix)-  An English narcissist bludgeoned his wife to death with fourteen hammer blows to the head. He only does 13 years; more of 'SAFE' (Netflix); more of ROBERT KENNEDY JR on J.R.E. 

Stopped at Supplement Superstore for vitamins;  $71. Guy made it seem like it was the taxes that made it expensive. 

3pm: I just started a pot of rice and noticed tree service pulled in front of the house to cut down a hanging branch in Bob & Carol's big tree in their front lawn.  A guy is climbing up a rope with a small chainsaw hanging from his belt. The winds might blow it down in just a few hours. 

4pm: Weights- 3 sets/ 15 reps

***We caught a break. The strong storm system that looked so bad went around Springfield. We might not even get any rain and just a few hours ago they predicted 2 inches or more. I can rest a little easier because I was feeling very anxious.

455pm:  In the tub with 'ABE LINCOLN- VAMPIRE HUNTER' and listening to QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE XBest of by Mazon experts; 

Lost internet 515pm. Off all night.

Watched Netflix disc 'BABYLON'...Shut it down 1 hrs 6 mins.

***Put trash out on Thursday morning

      Call plumber about sump pump checkup

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
