Mo 8/21/23- Gummies: 6am/ 1025am
610am (2-B). 9am (2-B). 1030am (1-SB). 140pm (2-B). 6pm (2-B). 815pm (2-B).
Up 510am: Partly cloudy with temps to 90 and very humid with an 'excessive heat warning' all day.
***I took two 5mg gummies for the walk.
***1025am: I took two more. This is the first time I've taken 4, and I'm hoping that spacing them out will make for a more enjoyable experience. It did, but the experience is not nearly as pleasant as smoking.
I decided to take a walk before it got too hot, but even at daybreak, the humidity was intense.
620am: Parkview, Wash. Pk. southside, Bates, Outer Park, Lincoln, Leland, Walnut, Wash. Pk. northside, up the hill, Parkview, Fairway, and up to 940...TWO HOURS...ORNETTE COLEMAN- 'Virgin Beauty'; MOLLY HATCHET Playlist; ALLMAN BROTHERS BAND Live at The Fillmore Playlist; Problems with Spotify. I could listen to their music but not the podcasts, however the podcasts played perfectly on the PC.
Binge watching 'RED ROSE' (Netflix). I finished episode #6 and only two more remain. Creepy and ominous that is a showcase for the city of Bolton near Manchester.
1125am: PC is 'Off' and the plan is to do another 3 miles on the treadmill and then 2 more late this afternoon; Total Today: A TWO HOUR WALK & FIVE MILES ON THE TREADMILL.
145pm: THREE MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; finished MARK NORMAND on WHITNEY CUMMINGS; began FRED DURST (Limp Bizkit) on CLUB RANDOM.
Weights: Barbells; 4 sets/ 12 reps
Reading 'NO WITNESSES'
***Many tries but finally got Spotify to play J.R.E. Changed Pass- 1st letter caps, 'Oh, I don't know'.
455pm: TWO MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO; more of TIM DILLON on J.R.E.
545pm: Called about inhaler & they will call back if a generic is possible. If not I'll cough up the $47 copay [no pun...].
***Called back at 610pm & she got a free generic! Ready for pick up and I'll get it tomorrow.
605pm: In the tub with 'NO WITNESSES' and listening to '60's DETRITUS' shuffled.
Wrote an email to Janny saying that we could meet on Wednesday, late morning.
Began 'FREUD' (Netflix). I did about twenty minutes and decided that it wasn't for me and filed it back in Netflix limbo.
Began 'FISK' (Netflix). I shut it down 25 minutes into episode #2. It's about a middle aged female attorney in Australia who was fired and now must work at a low end legal firm. Some of this is very funny and I'll keep it in the queue but probably try for something more substantial tomorrow evening.
