Finished Netflix disc I of 'MARE OF EASTTOWN'. A terrific 'mystery/ thriller' and I really hope I get the second and final disc before Netflix shuts it down at the end of the month. It's so well written and the characters are so vivid that I haven't wasted my time even if I don't learn who is behind the mayhem. 

More 'MIDNIGHT MASS' (Netflix). I finished episode #4 and I'll continue this on the machines at Planet Fitness later this afternoon. It's a thinking man's vampire picture with very intelligent dialogue. Is God real or just a positive illusion?  

1210pm: PC is 'Off' and the plan is to do the weights and then hit the Wabash PO to mail back the discs and spend the afternoon at Planet Fitness.

6pm: In the tub with 'THE WHOLE TRUTH' and listening to LOVE SCULPTURE'; ROCKPILE; GARLAND JEFFREYS- Escape Artist'.

Finished a 'WE MIGHT BE DRUNK'  and began a RICK GLASSMAN with ARI SHAFFIR & JORDAN JENSEN.

Finished 'MIDNIGHT MASS' (Netflix). A vampire picture with buckets of blood and deep philosophical inquiry into issues of Faith and Man's relationship with the cosmos. It was truly like nothing else and I can't wait to see what reviewers on YouTube think of it. Directed by Mike Flanagan.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
