Up 720am: {Thanks, Buddy!} Bright & sunny with temps to upper 60's.

I had planned to tackle the health insurance changes for 2024 this morning, but I'll do it this weekend. TWO POSSIBLE PROJECTS: Get my hair cut back to shoulder length and mow the lawn. {Mission Accomplished}

Watched 'AMERICAN MADE' (Netflix). Barry Seal was a pilot for TWA who quit his job and ended up flying clandestine operations for the CIA. He personally made millions and was instrumental in America's involvement in  the Iran/ Contra Affair. A very entertaining film and it's hard to say how much was true; with Tom Cruise, Domhnall Gleeson, Sarah Wright, Jesse Plemons, and Caleb Landry Jones.  

1120am: The PC is 'Off' and the plan is to do the weights, take a long walk, and then cut the grass. 

1210pm: To Washington Park...Parkview,  Wash.Pk northside,  Walnut,  Leland,  Wiggins,  Wash.Pk,  up the hill,  Parkview,  Fairway,  and up to 940...ONE HOUR AND 30 MINUTES; BLUE OYSTER CULT- 'Best of';  J.R.E with BRIAN REDBAN.

330pm- 415pm:  Mowed the lawn for the last time this season and hacked down some weeds in the 'Virgin Mary' flowerbed and under the tulip tree.

445pm- 5pm: Trimmed to just touching my shoulders: $20.

550pm: In the tub with 'RICH MAN POOR MAN' and listening to BLUE OYSTER CULT- 'Secret Treaties'; CHARLIE MUSSELWHITE- 'Stand Back'; FACES- 'Best of '. 

Watched TOMMY LEE on Club Random.

Began 'SUBURRA: Blood On Rome' (Netflix). I shut it down 6 minutes into episode #2. The title refers to an ancient section of the city of Rome. The series concerns an actual and complicated real estate  deal along the Italian coast. Also a priest that likes hookers and blow is blackmailed by three hoods. This looks like another lurid story and I'm already hooked.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
