Mo 1023/23

 Mo 10/23/23

730am (2-B: NEW BATCH!). 130pm (2-B). 545pm (2-B). 815pm (2-B).

Up 6am: A mix of sun and clouds and temps to low 70's.

***I began scanning the information about the changes to my healthcare for 2024. I will automatically be enrolled in the new plan, but I want to talk to someone to make sure that everything is kosher. Enrollment ends the first week of December so I have plenty of time, but I want to get this settled.

***I finished a jar of Ozone this morning and it didn't last the usual three weeks. There seemed to be a lot of 'leaf' in this batch and what was missing  were more gooey & dense buds.

Watched 'THE LITTLE THINGS' (Amazon Prime). A deputy from Kern County is sent to Los Angeles to pick up evidence on a case and becomes involved in a 'cold' serial killer investigation. The overwhelming circumstantial evidence convinces them that they've found their perp yet his new partner kills the man in a momentary fit of rage. The film ends with the feeling that they might have gotten the wrong guy; with Denzel Washington, Rami Malek, and Jared Leto. Set in Kern County, California in Bakersfield, CA which is about 130 miles north of Los Angeles. "54" Metascore.

***About 1045am I left word at the new ATT Medicare Advantage Plan that they should call me back in 30 minutes. I had the new plan and my Aetna policy on the PC and I felt ready to talk. After three hours I gave up. It looks like 'silver sneakers' is now called ''renew active'' and I want to make sure that I'm enrolled in that new program. Also, I want to make sure that I have dental coverage (and eye/ ear). I made some notes so I'll try again tomorrow.

Wrote 'The Chat' about frustration with the healthcare enrollment procedure.

110pm: The PC is 'Off' and preparing for a treadmill workout.

135pm:  FIVE MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; finished 'BAND OF BROTHERS' (Netflix)- The Company takes Hitler's Eagles Nest'; began TOM SEGURA on HONEY DEW.

Weights: 3 sets/ 15 reps; Dumbbells.

Reading 'LOST LIGHT'

Oiled treadmill

445pm:  TWO MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; finished TOM SEGURA on HONEY DEW; began BILL BURR on 'WE MIGHT BE DRUNK'.

550pm: In the tub with 'LOST LIGHT' and listening to DAVID BOWIE- 'The Man Who Sold The World'/ 'Heroes'; EDGAR WINTER'S WHITE TRASH Playlist.

More BILL BURR on 'WE MIGHT BE DRUNK'.

MORE 'SUBURRA: Blood On Rome' (Netflix). I shut it down 15 minutes into episode #8. Episode #10 ends season I and there are three seasons on Netflix. I might wait on the other two although this is an interesting series.
