Up 610am: Cloudy with light showers predicted for late this afternoon and tonight with temps only to 50.

***At 715am I took two 10mg gummies just for grins. It's going to be an overcast and damp Fall day with many of the neighborhood trees on fire with color. I know that there is more color out front this morning than there was yesterday. 

 Watched 'I SEE YOU' (Netflix). It's a movie about 'phrogging'- when someone secretly lives in another person's home without their knowledge. Two young people 'phrog' in an upscale suburban home and the father of the house happens to be a police detective who also kidnaps young boys. Great suspense, innovative camera work, and a clever way of telling the story because the second section of the film completely flips the perspective; with Helen Hunt, Jon Tenney, Owen Teague, Judah Lewis, and Libe Barer. "65" Metascore. I thought it was a Canadian production, but the film was shot on location in Greater Cleveland, Ohio.  

More of 'SKY HIGH: The Series' (Netflix). I shut it down at 31 minutes into episode #6. Great shooting location in Portugal. Only about an hour left in the series and I hope to finish it tonight. 

1145am: PC is 'Off' and another treadmill workout today. 

1205pm: FIVE MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; 'BAND OF BROTHERS- The Pacific'; more of the garbage man on THEO VON. 

Weights: 3 sets/ 15 reps. DUMBBELLS. 

Finished reading 'SHAME THE DEVIL'

505pm:  TWO MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; finished THEO VON;  began MARK NORMAND on a female's podcast. 

555pm:  In the tub with 'NADA' and listening to SEAHORSES; BLUR- 'Modern Life Is Rubbish'; NATION OF ULYSSES Playlist;  CIRCUS LUPUS Playlist. 

Finished MARK NORMAND on First Date and began 'MINDFUL METAL JACKET' with Katie Hannigan.

Finished 'SKY HIGH: The Series' (Netflix). As the final credits roll, Bob Dylan's, 'Knockin' On Heaven's Door' plays. I hope there is more to this series because there are certainly enough loose ends for dozens of episodes.

Watched a bit more of 'BAND OF BROTHERS- The Pacific' (Netflix). I shut it down 36 minutes into episode #2.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
