Up 535am: {I got up too early, but feeling OK} Bright & sunny with temps to upper 70's. 

Watched 'PRISONERS' (Netflix). What a wild ride! Two and a half hours long and the suspense doesn't let up for a minute. Two pre-teens girls are kidnapped on a suburban street in front of their homes on Thanksgiving Day. One of the fathers kidnaps a suspect and brutally tortures him, but the boy is only tangential to the diabolical plot. I had seen this one before but remembered none of the convoluted and disturbing chain of events. The tortured boy's mom was 'the evil genius' behind the plot; with Hugh Jackman, Jake Gyllenhaal, Viola Davis, Melissa Leo, Maria Bello, Terrence Howard, and Paul Dano. Nominated for 1 Oscar; 10 wins & 38 nominations. "70" Metascore..."We make war on god because kidnapping children turns their parents and  loved ones into vengeful beasts under Satan's command"... Filmed near Conyers, Georgia which is approximately 30 miles west of Atlanta.

I think that I'll hit the gym again today to give my foot a complete rest from walking. Even though it's supposed to rain tomorrow I'll skip the treadmill on Friday and hit a health club if there is any doubt. Still doubting...Maybe I'll do the walk today since the weather is particularly nice. 

Watched more of 'FUGITIVA' (Netflix). I shut it down 26 minutes into episode #5. It's turning into a very decent thriller and I'm glad I gave it a second shot. 

1pm: The PC is 'Off' and the plan is to do an hour walk to Washington Park and see how the foot feels after the hike.{No problem with the foot after the walk, but I did walk carefully}

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
