Up 530am: A wintry mix ending this morning and then cloudy & misty with temps to upper 30's. We got a very light dusting of wet snow last night. This is only the second time that I can remember any snow this season whatsoever. I think it's been an unusually warm December. 

Watched 'IN THE COURT OF THE CRIMSON KING' (Kanopy). King Crimson is " A Rock'n'Roll Orchestra". Fripp says... "Albums are 'love letters', concerts are 'hot dates'".

Bill Rieflin says {dying of cancer while a contributing member of King Crimson. I noticed on Wikipedia that Bill Rieflin died in 2020 and his wife died of a different kind of cancer in 2019}..."The only thing left behind is the work, and it must be good". Because Fripp is so demanding, the film almost works like a 'WHIPLASH' for guitar players instead of drummers. I don't think that I will ever listen to King Crimson in the same way again. Adrian Belew seems to have captured the experience of being in a band with Fripp in the most positive way possible.  Robert Fripp is a band leader who demands perfection to the musical score. However, that is not to say that excellent music must always be made under such exacting conditions. Spontaneous creativity can radically change a piece of music and that can be beautiful as well. Fripp demands that his compositions be replicated exactly and, in his view, that is where the magic lies. 

Watched 'CURRY & CYANIDE: The Jolly Joseph Case' (Netflix). Jolly Joseph marries into a middle class family and has trouble getting along with her new mother-in-law. This woman became her first poisoning victim and it's possible that Jolly murdered five other members of her family over a period of twenty years. She wanted to inherit property and to marry her husband's cousin. Jolly is currently awaiting trial. The crimes occurred in the tiny village of Koodathai on the far southwest coast of India.

1145am: The PC is 'Off' and the plan is to do the weights and then visit Esporta for the workout.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
