Last night I received an email from 'Your Benefits Resolution Reminder' that a direct debit payment of $51.00 will be taken from my checking account/ Heartland. This must have something to do with the new insurance and I will call to find out. Also, what's the deal with Silver Sneakers? The wait time was 20- 40 minutes so I left word to have them call me back. 

***Within two minutes after hitting the bong, I got the call.  The fifty one dollars is the monthly fee for United Healthcare Plus. I didn't ask if this includes dental insurance and I didn't ask about Silver Sneakers. 

Watched 'RUSTIN' (Netflix).  Bayard Rustin was a black gay man who was an important figure in the Civil Rights Movement of the early 1960's. He was 'the mind behind' The 1963 March on Washington. All of the major figures in The Movement are portrayed and you have to wonder how much of the dialogue and intent of the characters have been fictionalized; with Colman Domingo & Chris Rock. 7 wins & 9 nominations. "68" Metascore. From The Los Angeles Times: "The movie’s achievement is to remind us that milestones are invariably the result of hard, often thankless work, preceded by conflict and marked by compromise."

Finished 'THE RAILWAY MEN' (Netflix). Unfortunately, it hit almost every cliche in the books and cries out for a much more realistic and gripping treatment. This was clearly second rate even by Bollywood standards. 

1245pm: I was going to walk outside, but I think I'll do another day on the treadmill and catch up on more 'WRESTLERS' (Netflix).

110pm: FIVE MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; watched 'WRESTLERS' (Netflix). Almost finished episode # 3; began MARK NORMAND on WHISKEY GINGER. 

Janny's email- Jamie was hospitalized for blood clots, again. He forgot to take his 'blood thinner'. What causes the clots in the first place?

Finished MARK NORMAND on WHISKEY GINGER.

Began 'GANGS OF OSLO' (Netflix). I shut it down 24 minutes into episode #2. 'Norwegian/ Hip Hop/ Gangsterism' that's quite unique and I'll definitely see this one through to the end.  Set in Lakkeberg Norway which is 5 miles north of Oslo.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am.
