Watched 'TOMMY GUNS' (Kanopy). An Art Film that demanded more than it was worth. Some interesting bits, but overall it was lacking.

Finished 'BODIES' (Netflix). The plotlines came together reasonably well for a Time Travel yarn although it was a little long at eight hours, but still a superior series. 

1120am: PC is 'Off' and will do the treadmill again today. 

1140am: FIVE MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; watched complete documentary 'STAMPED FROM THE BEGINNING' (Netflix)- A deep dive into 'Race' and its effect on American life and culture. I'd seen this before but well worth another look. 

145pm: To pot shop/ County Market $82: $220 for three 7g jars of Indica and one hybrid. 

450pm: TWO MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; more TIM DILLON on 'ARE YOU GARBAGE? '.

540pm: In the tub with 'NATIVE SON' and listening to DR. FEELGOOD'- 'Down By The Levy'; FLAMIN ' GROOVIES- 'Shake Some Action'; BLUE OYSTER CULT Playlist. 

Finished 'TIM DILLON' on 'Are You Garbage?'.

Began 'HIGH TIDES' (Netflix). Set in Knokke, Belgium. I shut it down 20 minutes into episode #2. A 'soapy' tale about sexy teens at a summer beach town on the Belgium coast.  It's very European so no comparisons to 'Jersey Shore' because these teens are affluent.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
