Up 530am: Another day with patches of fog and clouds with temps to upper 30's. 

***Buddy coughed up a hairball outside my bedroom door during the night. He hasn't had a hairball incident in a long time. 

Watched 'THE KITCHEN' (Netflix). Set in a not too distant dystopian London where squatters have taken control of tenement high rises called 'The Kitchen'. At his mother's funeral a boy meets a young man who turns out to be his dad. The funeral service 'burns' the client and then the ashes are placed into a container where a seedling is placed. 'The Lord of The Kitchen' runs a 'pirate radio' station that broadcasts via speakers in the market area of the complex. Interesting scenes where the cops 'invade' the housing complex and then the motorcycle gangs from 'The Kitchen' raid the rich side of town.  It's a moving and original storyline and I really liked this one. "66" Metascore; 2 wins & 1 nomination. The film stars 'Kano' from the series 'TOP BOY'.  

Watched 'CRIME DIARIES: The Celebrity Stylist' (Netflix). A fictional recreation of a double murder in Bogata, Columbia in November of 2021. The country's most famous hair stylist and his mother are found in bed and they both have been stabbed to death. There was a suicide note, but later it was found to be written by the older brother. He was arrested, confessed and then reneged on the confession. He was tried and sentenced to 60 years for the murders. The film would have worked better as a straight documentary rather than a fictional portrayal.

I ordered another ten pounds of rice from Amazon. It was only $5.40 because of credit.  

1140am: PC is 'Off' and the plan is to do the weights and then workout at Esporta.

1225pm: To Esporta...45" Precor, 45"Treadmill,  30"Cross,  30" Recumbent Bike,  30" Precor;  watched 'Bird On A Wire' (Netflix)-  While in witness protection a man runs into an old girlfriend. When he tries to relocate the bureau cuts ties and he hits the road with the girl. Silly & stoopid; with Mel Gibson, Goldie Hawn, and David Carradine; a YouTube interview with Gregg Allman; finished BOBBY LEE on BERTCAST; finished THEO VON with his near death experience guy.

Reading 'MAO II'

550pm: In the tub with 'MAO II' and listening to JOHN HIATT- 'Best of'/ 'Bring The Family'; HUMBLE PIE-  'Rarities- 1970- 1975'.

Finished a BERTCAST where he made Eggs Benedict for a little person and another guy.

Began 'ARE YOU GARBAGE?' with DUSTY SLAY. 

More 'THE BEQUEATHED' (Netflix). I shut it down 29 minutes into episode #3. Filmed in and around Jeonju-si, South Korea which is in the southwestern part of the country.
