Up 615am: Light misty rain early, then a mix of sun & clouds, very windy with temps to mid 60's. 

930am- 945am: The guy that mows the lawn across the street showed up with a crew and a leaf vacuum truck.  They removed a big pile of leaves/grass at the edge of the driveway of the old lady next door.  That seemed like such a small job and I wonder what that cost? 

Watched 'THE PIANO' (Pluto TV). A mute Irish woman, her young daughter and a grand piano relocate to New Zealand. Her father has married her off to a man in Australia and the only emotional communication that the woman has is her artistry on the piano. She rejects her new husband and has an intense relationship with a local man. He was initially enchanted by her mastery on the keyboard, and later he couldn't live without her. Melodramatic mayhem ensues. This was a beautiful film to watch and the story was unique; Holly Hunter, Harvey Keitel, Sam Neill, and Anna Paquin. Directed by Jane Campion. "89" Metascore. Won 3 Oscars; 65 wins & 56 nominations.   

Began 'SOUTH PARK: Bigger, Longer, Uncut' (Pluto TV). Very funny satire that spoofs the absurdness of 'dirty' words. 

1pm: Running behind and preparing to hit the treadmill. It's too windy for a walk outside.

140pm: FIVE MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT;  watched the first episode of 'TIGER KING: The Doc Antle Story' (Netflix)- Never fuck the converts. This seems to be the downfall of most cults. I'll definitely finish this miniseries;  Began NEAL BRENNAN on J.R.E.

545pm: In the tub with 'THE ACCIDENT' and listening to GRAHAM BOND; JACK BRUCE- 'Things We Like'.

Finished interview with JOE SATRIANI & STEVE VAI; began a 'SOMETHINGS BURNING'.

More 'CROOKS' (Netflix). I shut it down 31 minutes into episode #4. Nice locations- Berlin, Vienna, Marseilles.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Not bad, but close, however excellent and creative charcoal drawings as the 'hints' to Eckhart's character. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
