Watched 'HELL OR HIGH WATER' (Tubi). At first it seems like it's about two low-lifes who rob the cash drawers of  random banks in very rural West Texas. However, their dollars are going towards a worthy cause. The brothers want the money to keep the bank from foreclosing on their land. Oil has been found and the loans must be repaired so that the two young sons will inherit the wealth. I had seen this one before, but completely forgot how powerful it was; with Chris Pine, Ben Foster, Jeff Bridges, Gil Birmingham, and Katy Mixon Greer (EASTBOUND & DOWN).  47 wins & 174 nominations. "88" Metascore.

Watched 'PLANET TERROR' (Tubi- leaving soon). Not meant to be taken seriously and very funny. A zombie creating toxin is on the loose and folks are turning into flesh eating savages. Will there be enough guns and bullets to save the day? Written and directed by Robert Rodriguez; with Rose McGowan, Freddy Rodriguez, and Josh Brolin.

Postponed the rice until 1130am to give the gummy time to fully absorb.
