Up 630am: Breezy & sunny with temps to mid 70's. Perfect for a total eclipse of the sun. {2pm: Nada}.

Wrote a short 'Chat' and will send it out later this morning.

Watched 'LOCKED IN' (Netflix). A woman is immobilized after a mysterious hit and run accident and the film is an explanation as to how this 'lady of the manor' found herself in a crazy & violent love triangle. Her daughter-in-law was having an affair with the family's GP and so was 'the lady of the manor'. I only remember one scene because it's a complex storyline, but who can forget the guy who has one hand stabbed to the windowsill by a meat fork?  He has to use his other hand to punch through a wall and then pull out the fork. Very implausible; with Famke Janssen, Rose Williams, Alex Hassell, Finn Cole, and Anna Friel. The film is like a very hokey Romance Novel and my expectations were set very low and I wasn't disappointed. 

I received an email with seven photos of The Brandenburgs trip to Alabama. I didn't know that Melissa's father was going. Who was watching his wife? I sent the email that I had written in the 'reply'. 

1010am: PC is 'Off' and will get in the miles on the treadmill before the 1pm appointment. 

1030am: FIVE MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; complete 'Live' at Normand's bachelor beach weekend; more of MARK NORMAND on 'MODERN WISDOM'.Weights: 3 sets/  15 reps 

***Monday Tree Trimming***: 

As I was doing the weights I happened to look up and through the basement window I saw a guy hanging from one of the limbs high up in a pine tree out back. I went out and they were from CWLP and were just trimming trees that might be a hazzard. They said that they would pick up the branches. 

1225pm: To Dr. Ellison..."I'm only 5 foot 10 inches"- shocker of the day, but highly believable.  Ellison will line me up with a doctor at Koke Mill. 

Fairhills County Market: Beer, soda, cheese, cottage cheese,  grapes,  onions,  bananas- $56.oo

2pm: ECLIPSE. Absolutely clear sky and barely disearnsble change.

225pm: Called State Farm to pay umbrella insurance 

310pm- 440pm: To Washington Park.. Parkview,  Wash.Pk northside,  MacArthur,  Wash.Pk southside,  Douglas,  Leland,  Wiggins,  Wash.Pk southside,  up the hill,  Parkview. Fairway,  and up to 940;  COLEMAN HUGHES on J.R.E;  BEASTIE BOYS Playlist. 

540pm: In the tub and finished 'IN THE CUT' and listening to MILES DAVIS- 'Dark Magus'/ 'Live At The Philharmonic'.

Began MADDOX BATSON on THEO VON.

More of 'MY NAME' (Netflix). I shut it down 12 minutes into episode #6.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
