Up 630am: Breezy & cloudy, clearing later with temps to mid 60's. Mid 80's predicted for Sunday. 

I did a Windows Update and had to do a restart and no discernible difference in performance or anything else. 

Watched 'DEATH WHISPERER' (Netflix). Set in Thailand, 1972 and concerns the 'evil possession' of a young teenage girl. It's basically 'THE EXORCIST' in the jungle. At times, it's almost 'camp', but the film is also a quaint portrait of family life in a remote Thai village. Dad rules the roost, the eldest son does his best to usurp the 'old man' and the women folk cook, clean, giggle and scream. Not as bad as it sounds, but close yet still worth a look. 

Began 'STRAIGHT INTO A STORM' (Amazon Prime). A biopic about the band, 'DEER TICK', an alt-country/ punk band from Providence, Rhode Island formed around singer/ songwriter, John McCauley. I watched the first 50 minutes and 50 left to go. This is a band worth hearing and I created a Deer Tick playlist at Amazon. 

12pm: The PC is 'Off' and the plan is to hit Esporta this afternoon after doing the weights.

Weights: 3 sets/ 15 reps. 

1255pm: To Esporta...45"Precor,  45"Treadmill,  30"Cross,  30" Recumbent Bike,  30"Precor;  watched documentary 'WHAT JENNIFER DID' (Netflix)- A mom is murdered and dad is shot through the eye. Their daughter set up the hits because they didn't like her boyfriend; finished 'STRAIGHT INTO A STORM' (Amazon Prime).

Began DANNY BROWN podcast

More 'CROOKS' (Netflix). Shut it down 23 minutes into episode #3. This one is a cut above.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Not bad, but close, however excellent and creative charcoal drawings as the 'hints' to Eckhart's character. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
