Watched 'THE GROUND BENEATH MY FEET' (Kanopy). A high-powered female Austrian executive is the 'point person' for a company that orchestrates hostile takeovers- who is to be fired and who stays. When her sister is institutionalized, even her competence in the corporate world begins to crumble. Madness runs in the family and she suspects that she too might be slipping into paranoid schizophrenia. An unusual story and absolutely compelling. 4 wins & 20 nominations. "83" Metascore.  

Finished 'MIRANDA'S VICTIM' (Kanopy). As the end credits rolled:

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am.
