Up 540am: Cloudy morning with showers this afternoon and temps to mid 60's. Buddy was sick around 430am and he threw up breakfast at 630am. I fed him again at 825am and he doesn't seem quite right.

Watched 'THE AMERICAN' (Netflix). An American hitman is on a job in a very rural & picturesque hillside village in Italy. He meets a couple of desirable women who seem attracted and at ease with his 'strong & silent' demeanor, yet he seems to be 'losing his professional edge' as a hired killer. His boss and one of the women are out to make him 'the hit'. Slow and deliberately paced and attempts a realistic portrayal of a professional assassin; with George Clooney. "61" Metascore. Filmed near Castel del Monte, Italy which is approximately 95 miles northwest of Rome.

930am: PC is 'Off' and I want to drive to Petco and get the new cat food for Buddy: Low Protein/ Renal. When I get back I'll finish 'MY NAME' (Netflix).    

955am- 1050am:  To Petco, I had never been to that store and I was thinking of PetSmart which is farther south on Chatham Rd. Petco was helpful, but nothing that I could use. PetSmart had the goods, but I couldn't buy them without a prescription.  I drove over to Brewer and got the script. Why didn't they tell me about a script yesterday? How would you do this online? Tired of driving back and forth, so the plan is to hit Esporta tomorrow and hit the treadmill today. I'll go back to PetSmart this afternoon, and then hit the Supplement Store for my vitamins.

Finished 'MY NAME' (Netflix). The final knife fight was outstanding, yet no one could withstand those kinds of wounds and continue to live, let alone fight.  Although her father was a mob member, he was secretly working undercover for the police. And, she went undercover for the mob to spy on the police as a cop and find out which cop killed her father. In the end, she gets away and visits her family's graves. It looks like she was interred there as well, but whose body is it?  I'd give the series a 'C-plus'.

1pm: PC is 'Off' and preparing for the treadmill. Then, back to PetSmart and over to the Supplement Store. 

120pm:     FIVE MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; TUESDAYS WITH STORIES; 

Weights: 3 sets/ 15 reps.   

320pm- 350pm: Supplement Superstore: $71& PetSmart- $9.43.

***Ordered Buddy's meds online from Wedgewood. I wonder if they will send out the meds on May 10th? 

Finished MARK NORMAND on 'Modern Wisdom'.

Began 'CROOK'S (Netflix). I shut it down 8 minutes into episode #2. Another heist movie and this one is set in Berlin and Vienna and concerns a very valuable gold coin. Gritty & violent.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
