***Buddy was sick outside the bedroom door about 4am. I had second thoughts about giving him more food, but I gave him a bit and he kept it down. He seemed his usual self when I got up.

Up 545am: Fierce random storms very early (at 545am it was raining so hard that I could barely see the street), then clearing with temps to about 80. 

Watched 'THE PAIN HUSTLERS' (Netflix). A Dramedy about how a pharmaceutical company bribed doctors at local pain clinics to prescribe dangerously addictive drugs and laid the foundation for the Opioid Epidemic; with Emily Blunt, Chris Evans, Catherine O'Hara, Andy Garcia, and Jay Duplass. "44" Metascore although I would have rated it slightly higher. It was very entertaining and although I had seen this before, it was well worth a second look.  

More 'RAISING VOICES' (Netflix). I shut it down 14 minutes into the final episode. The series is hard to accept because the teens seem to have such mature and sophisticated sex lives. Maybe the real message is that high schoolers are having sex and to try to prevent or dissuade them is probably not possible or even desirable. The 'rapist teacher' subplot seemed like it was tacked on.

1140am: PC is 'Off' and the plan is to do the weights and then walk Washington Park. The rain has ended, yet it's still overcast and cool.

545pm: In the tub with 'LONDON BRIDGES' and listening to PAUL WELLER- 'Hit Parade'; ROLLING STONES- 'Exile On Main Street'; WHO- 'Tommy' Deluxe. 

Began THEO VON with 'The Lunch Lady'.

Finished 'RAISING VOICES' (Netflix). A strange and over the top tale of sexy Spanish teens. 

Began 'ERIC' (Netflix). I shut it down 31 minutes into episode #1. This looks like it's going to be a compelling series- NYC during the 'Big Bad 80's'.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
