Up 545am: Partly cloudy with temps to upper 70's.

Watched 'CLUB ZERO' (Hoopla). A total mind blower! A teacher in a posh private school convinces a group of her students that people do not need to eat. Nutrition is only a matter of mind over matter. The film is a superb satire of people who embrace rigid and absolute beliefs of any kind. Extremism is just another form of 'Faith'. In the final scene the parents decide if they want to stop eating and one of the students exclaims, "But, you would need Faith".  Beautifully colorful sets, a very unique soundscape, and the fact that it happens during Christmas is really a nice  touch because the mood of the film is the very antithesis of 'The Holiday Season'; with Mia Wasikowska; 3 wins & 8 nominations. "57" Metascore and I would have rated this significantly higher, but I realize that many would find the film offensive because of its' Anti-Christian tone.  I really liked this one!

Watched a 17" YouTube interview with JESSICA HAUSNER the director of 'CLUB ZERO'.

Began 'GOING CLEAR': Scientology and The Prison of Belief' (Amazon Prime). This documentary is directed by Alex Gibney who is probably the best documentarian in the business. I shut it down with one hour to go and I'll finish tonight.

1250pm: The PC is 'Off' and preparing for a walk on the treadmill and then a visit to County Market.

120pm:  FIVE MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; began SAL VULCANO on 'WE MIGHT BE DRUNK'.

Weights: 3 sets/ 15 reps

315pm- 415pm:  To County Market & put away; $122.00.

Reading 'THE QUIET GAME'

540pm:  In the tub with 'THE QUIET GAME' and listening to Early JACK BRUCE; KING CRIMSON- 'Lizard'; SONICS Playlist; JAMES CHANCE & THE CONTORTIONS Playlist.

Finished SAL VULCANO on 'We Might Be Drunk'.

Finished 'GOING CLEAR: Scientology and The Prison of Belief' (Amazon Prime). I would have liked to hear the IRS argument that this corrupt organization was a church. Just a bunch of 'talking heads', but this was a superior documentary.
