Up 640am: {I must have been tired} A mix of sun and clouds and very humid with temps almost to 90. I didn't even open the windows and I probably will not for the next couple of days. 

Watered the flowers (5")

I tried to watch 'THE RIVER WILD' (Netflix) but the sound was too low. Everything else on Netflix sounded OK, but just that film. Very odd. 

Watched 'BORN AND BRED' (Netflix). An affluent couple and their young daughter are  on vacation and get into a terrible car accident. The film shifts abruptly to the story of a few guys working at a very remote airstrip in Patagonia. I didn't connect the dots, but the husband was one of the workers at the airstrip. In the final scene you learn that he must have lost his daughter in the accident, but he has returned to Buenos Aires, Argentina to reunite with his wife.  Beautiful location shots in Patagonia. From the film's page at IMDB: "...a successful interior designer's life falls apart after he suffers a horrific accident". From Empire: "...exceptional study of isolation and grief". 4 wins & 6 nominations. "82" Metascore.

More 'CALL MY AGENT' (Netflix). I'm starting to 'get' this one and although it's four seasons, I'll see if I can finish season #1 and save the rest for later.

1210pm: PC is 'Off' and the plan is to walk on the treadmill and then do the weights. It's bright & sunny, but I feel like sticking behind closed doors today. Maybe it's the extra sleep or high humidity.

Reading 'LAZARUS'

Stoned...50 mg is just about the right dosage. Listening to music was a trip and I could still read. Gummies definitely make you feel like you are on drugs. I know that walks and workouts cannot be as intense when you take a gummy.

More 'CALL MY AGENT!' (Netflix). I shut it down 4 minutes into episode #5. It's just a classy French soap opera and I can see why it was a hit in France. 

I learned on Nextdoor that Trump had been shot in the ear at a rally in Pennsylvania.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
