Weekly Cleaning. The roofing guys next door arrived at 6am. The two guys that put up the fence (Slim & Ghetto) are working on the garage roof and the old man is tacking down sheeting on the house roof. The whole operation is so much quieter with only one guy working the nail gun. 

Watched 'THE DEVIL ALL THE TIME' (Netflix). 'Hillbilly Noir' set in early to mid 20th century America in the poverty stricken hills of West Virginia near the Ohio border. It's a classic literary tale involving several intertwined stories about sex, murder, and religion; with Bill Skarsgard, Riley Keough, Jasan Clarke, Harry Melling, Robert Pattinson, and Mia Wasikowska (CLUB ZERO)."55" Metascore and I would rate it a little higher... From a novel by Donald Ray Pollock. 

Began 'A FAMILY AFFAIR' (Netflix). A male movie star (not a celebrity!) and his female intern navigate the very structured hierarchy of Tinseltown. She is trapped because he has all the power, but she has the savvy intelligence that helped make him a star. The unfairness of Hollywood is not exactly a novel idea, and the execution is strictly 'Romantic Comedy: 101' at its most average; with Nicole Kidman, Zac Efron, Joey King, and Kathy Bates. "43" Metascore and that's about where I'd put it.

1245pm: PC is 'Off' and the plan is to walk on the treadmill. It's pretty toasty outside. 

115pm:  FIVE MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT;  TUESDAYS WITH STORIES from 3 years ago. 

Weights: only 1 set/ 15 reps.

STONED....tried reading but more nodding to music. No paranoia, and pleasant overall. 100 mg is about the right dose, but it is a strong body downer and the second walk on the treadmill was difficult.

More 'SAFE' (Netflix). I shut it down 30 minutes into episode #3. This Coben adaptation seems a little muddled- too many avenues.

Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
