Watched 'NOAH' (Hoopla).  It's much more of a Special Effects film than I expected. I wasn't very knowledgeable of Noah's character in the bible and I had never heard of 'The Watchers'. These were angels that tried to aid humans and god punished them. Once they were 'light' and then they were 'stone'.  Directed by Darren Aronofsky; 1 win & 19 nominations. "68" Metascore and I would have rated it five to ten points lower. {I am halfway through Joe Rogan's interview with Russell Crowe and he talked about several of the details of the making of this movie}. 

I Read about 'NOAH' and the biblical underpinnings of the film and then wrote 'The Chat'.  

Watched 'THE POISONOUS WIFE' (YouTube True Crime: 40"). In rural Missouri a famous reptile dealer is shot and killed at his snake farm. It was planned and executed by his wife and her ex-boyfriend. However, at the trial she claimed that she was only at the scene to get her possessions so that she could leave her husband. It was her boyfriend's idea to kill him. I guess the jury saw it her way because she was convicted of Second Degree Homicide and only got thirteen years in prison. 

1220pm: The PC is 'Off' and the plan is to walk on the treadmill. 

1255pm:   FIVE MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; WE MIGHT BE DRUNK.

'TWEAK' by NIC SHEFF caught my eye on the shelf and will get back to 'A PRAYER FOR OWEN MEANY' down the line; listening to 'Mott- The Atlantic Years'.

440pm: TWO MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT and watched more of SARAH SILVERMAN & DAVID CROSS.

540pm: In the tub with 'TWEAK' and listening to CHAMBERS BROTHERS Playlist; MILES DAVIS- 'Pangaea'; MOTT THE HOOPLE- 'Brain Capers'; MUDDY WATERS- 'Electric Mud'.

Still unseasonably warm with a mix of sun & clouds. Watched 'MAGPIE' (Kanopy- borrowed 2 days ago).  It's basically a tale of 'Adultery & Revenge' although this isn't made clear until the last few minutes of the film. A wealthy couple live in a modern villa in the English countryside. He's a successful author, she is a housewife (she used to be in publishing) and their young daughter is co-starring in a big budget film that's being shot  near their home. Dad falls 'in lust' for the female star of the film, but his wife is several moves ahead. "69" Metascore and I would boost that to "80".
