Watched 'HOW I BECAME A GANGSTER' (Netflix). Although I had given it 'two thumbs up', I didn't remember a single scene, however it's a terrific Polish gangster film and worthy of multiple viewings. Poland has a corrupt central government and the country is run by powerful and ruthless criminal organizations. The gangs don't care about justice or the law, they only care about money and the power that it wields. Supposedly the film is loosely based on actual incidents within the Polish mafia. 

More 'BARRACUDA QUEENS' (Netflix). I shut it down 17 minutes into episode #4. I might be able to finish the series tonight. 

1045am: I've put it off for as long as I could. The leaves await...

1115am: On the lawn for almost an hour and left for more leaf bags (& carrots). 

1240pm:  To County Market {2 bags of 5 leaf bags and a bag of carrots- $10); back in 20 minutes and finished the front at 210pm. Eleven bags- from 1115am- 210pm with a twenty minute break to Fairhills.

545pm: In the tub with a Sci Fi anthology and listening to MILES DAVIS with MIKE STERN; HUMBLE PIE- 'The Definitive Collection'; JOHN ENTWISTLE- 'Smash Your Head Against The Wall'.

Finished 'BARRACUDA QUEENS' (Netflix). Corny nonsense and hardly believable, yet very sexy. Based on actual events, but I'll bet it was nothing like this series.  The girls were young, hot, and chic and the locations were interesting, but the story & plot were weak.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am.
