Watched 'BLOOD RED SKY' (Netflix). I had given this one a 'thumbs up' but I didn't remember a single frame. A mother and her son are flying from Germany to the US to treat mom for a rare blood disease. 'SPOILER ALERT'- She needs 'experimental' blood work because she's a vampire. Unfortunately, mom chose a flight that was to be hijacked and part of an elaborate terrorist attack on London. Mom is a 'good' vampire and she helps her son and the 'non-vampire' passengers to fight the 'evil' vampires that 'only want your blood'. It's hokey and over the top, but my eyes did not leave the screen for a moment. "43" Metascore and all of the reviews were below "70", but I would put it  at "77". "ACCEPT THE PREMISE,  ACCEPT THE BIT".

Began 'COLD CASE: Who Killed Jonbenet Ramsey' (Netflix). I shut it down 28 minutes into episode #2 and I plan to finish the 3 part series on today's workout. I can't shake the feeling that I walked by the house where Ramsey was kidnapped when I was in Boulder, CO on vacation many years ago. I'm sure I made a record of this in the notes of that vacation.

1215pm: PC is 'Off' and I was going to walk the treadmill, but since I want to buy a pie and check out sneakers I think I'll visit Esporta. If my knee is bothering me, I'll knock off early and hit the stores for shoes and pie. It's supposed to rain tomorrow and Thursday is Thanksgiving, so today is the best day to hit the health club.

Went to Dick's but no dice. The clerk suggested a store in the mall adjacent to Dick's ('Journeys') and they had exactly what I wanted: CHUCK TAYLOR low- cut: $44, size 11.

Then to Schnucks for half an apple crumble pie & a jar of Nutella for The Brandenburgs and a 30 pk of Hamms for me.

Finished ROBERT ZEMECKIS on 'CLUB RANDOM'.

More 'THE EMPRESS' (Netflix). I shut it down 38 minutes into episode #3.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
