I looked through the movies at Peacock and there's not much worth watching and it makes the selection at Hoopla look like cinematic gold.

Watched 'JIGRA' (Netflix). Bollywood to a fault, yet worth a look. A sister breaks her brother out of a Malaysian prison. He got a death sentence for possessing a minor amount of drugs and she will not rest until he gets his freedom. None of this was believable in the slightest, but some big bucks were spent on production....From an American experiment during the 1950's:  'The Hope Experiment With Rats'- Scientists put rats in a bucket of water and watched them swim until they drowned. Then they 'saved' some of the rats, took them out of the bucket and when they put these rats back into the bucket they lasted significantly longer. This shows that the belief that they might be saved allowed them to keep going longer. 'Hope' is a real motivator. 

Finished 'MURDER MINDFULLY' (Netflix). "I chopped up my client, and I've never felt more free". The series was based on the novel, "Murder Mindfully" {'Achtsam Morden'} by Karsten Dusse and there is to be a season 2.

1135am: PC is 'Off' and the plan is to do the weights and then hit Planet Fitness.

545pm: In the tub to begin 'TRUTH OR DIE' by JAMES PATTERSON and listening to MY SOUNDTRACK @ Amazon Music [no good; bad format- songs aren't listed]; CREAM- 'Fresh Cream'; BILL LASWELL Playlist.

Began MATTHEW MCCONAUGHEY with RICK RUBIN.

Began 'LA PALMA' (Netflix). I shut it down 21 minutes into episode #2. It seemed strange and I watched the entire first episode before I realized that I was watching a dubbed version. I switched to hearing Norwegian and reading the English subtitles. Tension builds as the volcano gets ready to blow; Gas, Ash, Lava.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Not bad, but close, however excellent and creative charcoal drawings as the 'hints' to Eckhart's character. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
