Up 705am {Is this a trend?}. Another cloudy day with temps in the upper 40's. 

Watched 'SISI & I' (Kanopy- borrowed yesterday). Another film about Elisabeth, Empress of The Austrian Empire. This film centers on the dysfunctional relationship between the Empress and her 'Lady in Waiting' (?). This Elisabeth is a raving lunatic and her servants are her slaves. I wonder how close this depiction is to the historical truth.  3 wins & 9 nominations. "60" Metascore and I would go to "75".

1030am: A fire truck pulled up in front of the old lady's house next door. Looks like a medical emergency. Three guys went in,  came out and drove away. The entire visit took all of five minutes.  

***Nice and and high without the nausea and immobility.

More 'THE FAMILY' (Netflix). I'm starting to like this one. I shut it down 56 minutes into episode #1.

1245pm: FIVE MILES AT 4.0 (slower) PACE AND ZERO SLANT; 'WE MIGHT BE DRUNK' Holiday In PJs.

Reading 'THE AQUITAINE PROCESSION' and I'm within ten pages of the end, and I'll save it so I can savor it. 

445pm: TWO MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; 'THE CHURCH' with Bert & Tom.

540pm: In the tub to begin 'INNOCENCE' by DEAN KOONTZ and listening to ORNETTE COLEMAN- 'Best of Blue Note'; STEELY DAN- 'Aja'; DONALD FAGEN Playlist. 

Began 'THE CHURCH' Part II with Bert & Tom.

More 'THE FAMILY' (Netflix). I shut it down 13 minutes into episode #3. This is pure 'soapy' melodrama, but it makes you wonder what it would be like to watch this one with an actual Japanese person. How much of this would they think is over the top?

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
